Enterprise access control requires structured troubleshooting

Software House documentation identifies C•CURE 9000 as an access control and event management system and supports multiple iSTAR controller families. On a live site, a door issue can cross software, controller, reader, lock, power and network layers.

We work through those layers methodically and coordinate with the customer’s security and IT teams when system or server access is required.
