Field issues and software issues meet at the door

OnGuard service can involve the software configuration, panel communication, Mercury controller hardware, reader interface, electrified lock or network path. We troubleshoot those layers together so the diagnosis follows the actual signal path.

Upgrade without losing operational context

Older OnGuard sites often contain years of site-specific naming, schedules, access levels and controller logic. Before migration or server work, we document the current environment and coordinate backups, licensing and cutover responsibilities.

We can also evaluate reader modernization and OSDP migration where the installed hardware and platform version support it.

Can you support an existing OnGuard system installed by another integrator?

Yes, when the customer has authorized system access and the work does not require unavailable manufacturer/channel licensing.

Can you add a Mercury LP1502 or MP1502 to OnGuard?

Controller compatibility depends on the installed OnGuard version, firmware and licensing. We verify the environment before recommending hardware.

Can you troubleshoot a reader that shows access granted but does not unlock?

Yes. That symptom can involve relay programming, lock power, wiring, door hardware or output configuration, so we test both software and field devices.

Do you support remote OnGuard programming?

Some authorized configuration work can be performed remotely when secure access and the necessary customer permissions are available.
