Can you independently troubleshoot LenelS2 OnGuard?
We can evaluate customer-owned installations and their connected readers, locks, door inputs, power, and network path. Product licensing or manufacturer-only support may require the customer’s existing vendor account.

Yes. We troubleshoot customer-owned systems, document the current door and controller configuration, and recommend repair, selective replacement, or a planned migration based on what is supportable.
